THE FOUNDER
Maximilian Stafford is a director, creative producer, and the founder of Ground Floor. Working across music videos, tour content, concert films, commercials, narrative and documentaries, he helps artists shape their visual identity and bring their music to life beyond the stage.
With a background in documentary storytelling and experience on the road, Max combines big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail. His hands-on approach spans directing, photography, and creative direction, collaborating closely with artists and their teams from the first idea through the final edit.
